Assistant Director, Behavioral Services
Tatyana received her associate’s degree from Montgomery County Community College, her bachelor’s degree in human services from Chestnut Hill College, and her master’s degree in special education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Saint Joseph’s University. She began her career in the ABA field in 2017 as a Behavior Technician before earning her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials. Since becoming a BCBA and LBSÂ in 2022, Tatyana has provided behavioral services across home, school, community, and clinic settings, with experience conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior support plans, supervising clinical staff, mentoring new and future BCBAs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve student outcomes. Tatyana joined Nyman in 2026 as a per diem BCBA and shortly thereafter joined the leadership team as the Assistant Director of Behavioral Services.
