Ally obtained her paralegal certificate from Manor College in 2009. She felt a strong call to service and ventured into the not-for-profit healthcare sector. She was a corporate recruiter specializing in placing hospice, palliative care, and grief counselors. In total, Ally has 16 years of talent acquisition and HR experience. Joining the team in January 2024, she is excited to recruit great, caring people to Nyman Associates.
